As a Physical Therapist, you will visit multiple patient’s homes each day and provide them with a full range of PT care. You must be able to work not only at scheduled times but on an on-call basis if needed.
Requirements
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in home healthcare
Current Illinois PT license
Current CPR Certification
Valid driver’s license
